I provide expert neurologic physical therapy in home in order to eliminate transportation barriers and utilize the things you have accessible to you everyday. This allows patients to take control of their recovery, increases confidence and thus improves outcomes. I have seen amazing recovery take place without fancy equipment or facilities and have found patients just need increased support, follow up and 1:1 care to help them reach their goals.

What we offer
1:1 in person, in home evaluations and follow up visits so that your care adapts to the place you spend the most time. Sessions are generally around 90 minutes but can be adapted to whatever length suits you best.
App based digital programming, direct messaging and scheduling so that your care continually progresses and you are never left feeling lost. Think of it like a PT in your pocket. By offering this close follow up outside of sessions, you are able to keep making progress, ask questions and make the most of your time.
Virtual and telehealth appointments are offered if based outside the Nashville, TN area.
